Susan Bayat, PE, President
Ms. Bayat is the founder and president of EnTech. She has 25 years of engineering, environmental, and construction management experience. She has managed and provided technical expertise for a wide range of construction and environmental projects including: bridges, highways and roads, transportation facilities, infrastructure, commercial and industrial buildings, waste management facilities, and remedial projects. Ms. Bayat’s managerial skills and strong commitment to quality is the driving force behind the large number of satisfied repeat clients and the company’s strong growth.
Michael Hershey, PE, Director of Business Development
Mr. Hershey is an experienced senior-level civil and construction engineer with more than 40 years of experience. Mr. Hershey has served as Project Manager on bridge and street construction projects for New York City Department of Transportation (NYCDOT) and New York State Department of Transportation as a consultant. In the public sector, he served as a Senior Director of the NYCDOT Movable Bridge Group and the East River Bridges Group. Mr. Hershey, a professional engineer in NY and NJ, has published several industry papers, is an active member of several engineering organizations and Co-Founder of ASHE NY Metro.
Herman Rizo, Director of Infrastructure
Mr. Rizo has 29 years of experience in managing infrastructure projects. He has been responsible for managing construction contracts and resident engineering services on multi-million dollar NYC projects. Mr. Rizo is a former NYCDDC engineer-in-charge (EIC) who has supervised numerous complex highway, sewer, and water main projects. Mr. Rizo’s extensive experience, his construction management and constructability review skills make him the perfect choice for the implementation and successful completion of any infrastructure project.
Abdi Hedayati, PE, Director of Construction Projects
Mr. Hedayati has over 28 years of experience in all aspects of construction and engineering. His primary area of expertise is water-front projects and multidisciplinary structures and movable bridges reconstruction projects throughout the New York City area. His extensive technical knowledge and experience of constructability reviews, value engineering, field problem solving, and structural engineering makes him very well qualified for large scale bridge and other infrastructure construction projects. Mr. Hedayati also has in-depth experiences of fabrication and installation of bridge machineries,control systems and traffic management.
Daniel Warren, PE, Director of Civil Design
Mr. Warren is a Professional Engineer with 25 years of design and project management experience. He has served as Project Manager for numerous NYC agencies including NYCDDC, NYCDEP, NYCDOT and MTA-TBTA, as well as state, local and federal agencies such as NYSDOT, NYSTA, ConnDOT, NJDOT, Westchester County DPW and FEMA. He has been in charge of highway and street design, traffic engineering, drainage, utility, and site work design from the scoping and planning phases, through preliminary and final design, and construction support services.
Amir Haddad, PhD, PE, Director of Geotechnical Services
Mr. Haddad is a Professional Engineer with 15 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, design, and construction. In addition, he specializes in geotechnical and structural construction equipment instrumentation and monitoring, and has served as the geotechnical instrumentation engineer in high profile, complex and sensitive projects. His project experience includes construction of deep foundations, excavation support and earth retention systems, underpinning, ground improvement, dewatering systems, ground freezing, and construction equipment in New York and neighboring States.
Hani Faouri, PE, Director of Transportation Projects
Mr. Faouri is a Professional Engineer with 29 years of experience in transportation and infrastructure projects throughout New York City. He served as Deputy Director and Interim Director of the Movable Bridges Group for the New York City Department of Transportation Division of Bridges where he managed numerous bridge and roadway projects, both during design and construction. As EnTech Transportation Director, Mr. Faouri manages the firm’s involvements on numerous projects with agency clients including NYCDOT, NYSDOT, PANY&NJ, NYTA and MTA-TBTA.
Luigi Zecchin, PE, CCM, Director of Construction Management
Mr. Zecchin is a Professional Engineer and a Certified Construction Manager with 25 years of experience providing construction and project management, design services during construction and program management on construction projects. His project experience includes construction and rehabilitation of water and wastewater treatment plants, equipment installation, water front projects renovation and construction, combined sewer overflow, and utility installation and relocation for agency clients including NYCDEP, NYCDDC, NYCEDC and NYCDPR.
Michael Walter Sim, P.E., PTP, FITE, MASCE
Mr. Sim has exceptional experience providing consulting services for traffic engineering, transportation planning, and environmental assessment for urban infrastructure improvements. His experience includes feasibility, highway corridor, safety, traffic impact, parking studies, as well as airline terminal modernization and DR/EIS projects. He has a proven track record of successful completion of major urban infrastructure improvements for NYCDOT, NYSDOT, NYCT, TBTA, MTA, PANYNJ, USACOE, prime consultants, and private site developers in the New York and New Jersey metropolitan region.
Sandra Langford, MCA, Compliance Manager
Ms. Langford has over 25 years of work experience, with 12 years of that experience as compliance officer in the construction industry focused on D/M/WBE program management, equal employment opportunity (EEO), and affirmative action (AA) including compliance monitoring of Local, State and Federally-funded projects from inception to completion. She has a proven track record in developing, implementing and training in Civil Rights Compliance on Federally-Funded programs, reviewing and incorporating government agencies requirements. She has acted as a liaison between government officials, construction management firms, contractors, and suppliers.
Jasmine Javaheri, PE, PMP, Manager
Ms. Javaheri is a Professional Engineer with 20 years of experience managing design and capital construction projects for New York City.She has worked on major capital projects from initiation of project conducting interviews with the facility operators, collecting existing documentations, and inspecting existing facilities for the purpose of developing scope, cost, and schedule of the project to monitoring for compliance through design, procurement, and construction phases. She has years of experience managing many capital projects from substantial to final completion managing work related to asset surveys for updating the facility asset management and collecting final project documents to sort and scan for final project archiving
Lisa Pompei, Marketing Manager
Ms. Pompei has 25 years of experience in business development and marketing in the engineering industry. Her experience provides a broad understanding of NY Metro Area market and requirements during procurement/proposal process. Her responsibilities include management of marketing personnel and resources for timely response to clients’ requests. She is an active member of Women Transportation Seminar and has served as co-chair for various committees for WTS Greater NY Chapter.
