3D Modeling and Rendering Services, Macy’s Herald Square, Manhattan, New York

The world’s largest retail store, Macy’s department store at Herald Square, Manhattan is undergoing major renovations, which includes a 100,000 sq ft expansion of the store’s sales space to 1,200,000 sq ft. The proposed budget for this four-year project is $400 million. This project includes creating a few sales halls, integrating some of the existing halls, and restoration of the store’s exterior. The store will remain open throughout the process.

EnTech was retained by Plaza Construction to develop a 3D model of the store for bidding purposes. EnTech developed the model and provided ten (10) various schematic renderings of the proposed changes to the store in less than a week. This was presented to the owner during the bidding phase.
