EnTech’s engineers, technicians, and construction professionals have provided extensive design and construction management services for a wide assortment of roadway and highway projects across New York City and surrounding areas. With experience on projects ranging from county road repaving to the widening of major multi-lane highways, EnTech’s traffic engineering, construction management (CM), construction inspection (CI), civil design, environmental, and geotechnical teams are well-equipped to execute project goals while ensuring minimal disruption to motorists.

EnTech has worked extensively with the New York City Department of Transportation (NYCDOT), providing environmental, traffic engineering, and CI for projects such as the rehabilitation of the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. The firm has provided construction and environmental inspection services to the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) for multiple projects, including the $680 million widening of the Van Wyck Expressway between the Kew Gardens Interchange and JFK Airport. The firm has additionally provided civil engineering and design services to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) for roadway pavement rehabilitation and construction projects at the George Washington Bridge, JFK Expressway, JFK Airport East-West Connector, and various overpasses crossing the Trans-Manhattan Expressway (I-95).

EnTech has provided civil design services to the Nassau County Department of Public Works (NCDPW) for the $6 million rehabilitation of portions of Merrick Avenue and Old Country Road, as well as other county road resurfacing projects. Additionally, EnTech’s teams have worked with the New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYCDDC) on numerous roadway resurfacing and redesign initiatives, notably providing geotechnical, environmental, and civil design support for the $10 million reconstruction of Commercial Street, as part of the Brooklyn Waterfront Greenway project; the $60 million reconstruction of approximately 1.3 miles of Grand Concourse in the Bronx; and the Queens Boulevard Vision Zero program to reduce traffic fatalities across New York City.
