We are pleased to introduce EnTech’s Strategic Advisory Board: Ibrahim Odeh, PhD, and Tim McManus. They bring a strong background in infrastructure and construction management and provide strategic guidance on EnTech’s growth in the NYC market and expansion into other markets across the United States.

Ibrahim Odeh 

Professor Ibrahim Odeh is a unique combination of a strategist, academic, innovator, and entrepreneur.  He is also the Founding Director of the Global Leaders in Construction Management (GLCM) program at Columbia University. His work seamlessly merges the worlds of industry and academia, spans the global construction market, and provides leading construction firms with unique market insights, growth strategies, and advice on digital transformation and technological trends that are reshaping the construction industry. He sits on several advisory boards including the board at EnTech Engineering.

Ibrahim has delivered several keynote presentations such as at the 1st Smart Construction Tech & Safety Expo in Korea and similar world class events. He has won several awards and recognitions such as Columbia University Presidential Award for Outstanding Teaching. He was also named Top 20 Under 40 by Engineering News Records and Top 40 Under 40 by Consulting-Specifying Engineer.

Tim McManus

Tim McManus is a global expert on the development and delivery of major capital projects and programs. He is an advisor to companies and governments involved with the planning, development and delivery of major infrastructure, transportation, urban development, resiliency and sports facility capital projects and programs. He is an Associate Professor at Columbia University’s Department of Civil Engineering. He  serves as the Industry Advisor for the Global Leaders in Construction Management Program at Columbia University and lectures at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. 

Tim currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EnTech Engineering, PC. He is also a member of the Americas Board of Directors for Turner & Townsend Previously, he was a Vice President and Client Development Advisor in McKinsey’s Capital Projects and Infrastructure Practice focusing on the development, financing, contracting and delivery of mega projects and capital programs in infrastructure and other market sectors. Tim was also a Senior Vice President and Director of AECOM’s Global Program Management Group for several years.
