Ravenswood Houses, a New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) development in Queens, comprises approximately 2,100 residential units across 31 multistory buildings. To enhance the efficiency, reliability, and safety of the development’s heating system, NYCHA is undertaking the overhaul and modernization of the boiler plant.

EnTech is providing extensive project management services as a member of the contractor team, including the overall management of the team, contract administration, and coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and NYCHA management. EnTech’s project managers are responsible for on-site management of day-to-day construction activities and managing costs and schedule updates, as well as RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

The project requires extensive trenching to replace gas distribution lines, and EnTech is monitoring environmental compliance during excavation, earthmoving, and other civil work.
