Bath Beach Park Playground Reconstruction CM

To replace an underutilized portion of the Bath Beach Park in need of repair, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (NYCDPR) reconstructed and expanded the playground with new features for adults and children. The project encompassed the removal of an existing playground and asphalt field, as well as the construction of a new playground and fitness area. Work included new lighting, plantings, drinking fountains, water supply, drainage, curbs, safety surfacing, and fencing.

EnTech provided CM services, including coordinating construction and monitoring contractor performance for quality, safety, and adherence to contract documents and specifications.

EnTech was responsible for preparing, filing, and expediting permits with entities including the New York City Department of Transportation (NYCDOT), New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP), New York City Department of Buildings (NYCDOB), and Con Edison.
