EnTech is proud to announce that Paul Shim has been promoted to ERP Manager/Manager of Contract Administration! In this role Paul will continue to review, revise, and negotiate contracts; establish joint ventures and other teaming arrangements; and work with company leadership to get EnTech approved for high-profile projects. He will also manage the company’s new database and related efforts to ensure the accuracy of administrative and project data. He will work with practice leaders to adopt and utilize new database systems, which will serve current project-based needs and enhance business development capabilities.

He is currently devoting significant time to the company’s database migration project. “Once in place, this new database will put us so much further ahead than where we are now,” he says. Please join us in congratulating Paul on his promotion!
