EnTech is pleased to announce that Richard Zetterlund, PE, is joining EnTech as Senior Vice President of Construction Management. Richard comes to EnTech following 36 years of service at New York City agencies. He began his career as a Resident Engineer with the NYCDEP, after which he joined the NYCDDC, where he rose to the position of Associate Commissioner in charge of infrastructure projects. For the past 10 years, Richard has served as the Chief Engineer for NYC Comptroller’s Office.

Richard brings valuable experience in the construction and management of complex infrastructure projects in New York City, as well as extensive experience in the resolution of construction claims. He will be supporting EnTech’s growth, solidifying the firm’s mission to provide state-of-the-art project delivery and client satisfaction, and offering technical expertise to project staff. Richard will be based out of EnTech’s New York City office. Welcome to EnTech, Richard!
