The Jackie Robinson Recreation Center—located in Jackie Robinson Park, one of four NYCDPR Historic Harlem Parks—serves as a recreational pillar in the Harlem community. To invest in the continued care of the facility, NYCDPR is replacing the center’s HVAC system and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) equipment. The building’s boilers are additionally being replaced with a domestic hot water heater.
EnTech is providing CM services as the owner’s representative on-site. The team oversees project progress, and assesses contractor work for adherence to contract specifications, client standards, the site safety plan, OSHA regulations, and other applicable health and safety codes. The firm manages project documentation, processes contractor payments, and provides safety oversight for confined space activities in crawlspaces.
